PROVEN ADVOCATE & FIGHTER FOR TEXAS.
Meet Jessica
Jessica Karlsruher is a 5th-generation Texan and a life-long conservative running to represent Texas’s 10th Congressional District. Born in Kerrville and raised in Houston, she attended St. Thomas More for elementary school and high school at St. Agnes Academy. Jessica learned early the values of faith, family, and freedom that continue to guide her life today.

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Communication Studies, Jessica began her career at the Texas Capitol and later joined the Texas Association of Realtors in their government affairs department. Her work defending private property rights and advocating for Texas families set the stage for a two-decade career as a proven advocate and proven fighter for conservative Texas values.

Most recently, Jessica served as CEO of the Texas Real Estate Advocacy & Defense (TREAD) Coalition, where she fought tirelessly to defend landowners, protect Texas ranchers and farmers, strengthen rural communities, preserve our natural resources, and stand up for the state’s vital oil and gas industry. During her time at TREAD, Jessica has worked with the Texas Wildlife Association, Texas Farm Bureau, Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers, Texas Land & Mineral Owners Association, Land Trust Groups, and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, working to protect our land and safeguard resources for future generations. She also built a coalition made up of industry experts, conservation leaders, and universities from around the state to address policy issues at the state level. In 2025, she joined the Texas Credit Union Association, continuing her work to empower families, small businesses, and communities across Texas.

Jessica and her husband, David, have lived in the district for more than ten years and are the proud parents of two children, Connealy and Duke. You can find her at football, baseball, or softball games, cheering the kids on in their respective sports, and in her spare time, she's running Lady Bird Lake, at the family ranch, or spending time with friends. She has roots in her community, having served with the Junior League, Texas Women for the Arts, and the Texas Wildlife Association, and is a member of the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and the Texas Farm Bureau.

Jessica Karlsruher is running for Congress to bring Texas conservative values to Washington—defending our freedoms, securing the border, fighting reckless spending, protecting private property rights, and ensuring that Texas families—not Washington bureaucrats—control their future. Jessica proudly stands with President Donald Trump in putting America first.
